Gazal Khan is a doctoral researcher in English at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India. She is a Fulbright Fellow (2026–27) and a recipient of the Charles Wallace Fellowship, and will be a Visiting Doctoral Student at the University of Oxford (Trinity Term 2026). Her research examines the temporality and spatiality of borderland identities within transnational histories of violence. Her work has been published in international peer-reviewed journals, including The English Academy Review, Peace Review, and the Journal of Postcolonial Writing, as well as in edited anthologies.
