The second Laura Marcus Life-Writing workshop of this term will centre on the theme: Lives of Objects.
This workshop will centre on "Lives of Objects". Participants should bring an object of their choice (or an image of an object) as a basis for a creative exercise in life-writing, which will involve some writing and some discussion of how “objects” can be used in life-writing.
This workshop will be facilitated by Professor Dame Hermione Lee, Professor Elleke Boehmer, and Dr Kate Kennedy.
Workshop places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis with priority given to members of the English Faculty. This event is only open to members of Oxford University.
Tea/coffee and cake will be served during the workshop.
This event will take place in the St Cross building on Manor Road (more information). Attendees are advised to wear face coverings while indoors and to use an LFT prior to the event.
