Joe Shaughnessy is an AHRC-funded doctoral student at the University of Cambridge. His research is a connective literary history of internationalism across South Africa, Aotearoa/New Zealand, and India between 1900 and 1950. He is editorial assistant for the Journal of Postcolonial Writing and Postgraduate Representative to the Katherine Mansfield Society.
