Carol Peaker (Dphil, Oxon) is a co-writer of holocaust autobiographies, adapting the novelistic form to art of life writing. Her current project, The Baroness in the Acacia Tree traces the life of Hungarian survivor Baroness Prof Eva Kohner, OBE. In the past, she has written on contemporary art and literature for national broadsheets, art magazines, and the Encyclopaedia Britannica; and published on the subjects of WWII publishing and Russian emigres at the British fin de siècle.
